About Coaching

Zach provides a confidential and structured environment in which to offer support. He helps individuals understand their current competencies, see how they’re perceived by others, and focus on identifying and clarifying current goals as well as the appropriate action steps to reach those goals.

About Zach
Zach is a former executive who rose through management and leadership positions. He went from working the parts counter at a farm equipment dealer right out of college, to serving as the CEO of an 11 location farm equipment dealership at the age of 35.
While CEO, he recognized his organization had a leadership problem. He first started utilizing the John Maxwell DVD set on the 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership as a way to develop some of his regional managers. He believed in the teachings so much that he spent more than 300 hours getting training from the John Maxwell team to become a John Maxwell certified coach. Having had a coach himself, he knew the value coaching brought to Maxwell’s lessons.
He was so passionate about the leadership teaching of Maxwell along with the thought of helping others through coaching, he launched Harvesting Potential.
Known for his integrity, ability to connect with people and service to others Zach relishes in helping others succeed.
